 Something new this year for our clients who list their homes for sale with Nicole and I at no additional cost.

 In the spring of 2009 Nicole completed the Professional Home Staging course. She is now a 'CSP' Certified Staging Professional. Anyone who lists their home with us gets a free consultation and showcasing for their home. Nicole has furnishings, accessories, artwork etc. available for rooms that need a little something.

More and more we are assisting parents of our friends and clients in the pursuit of a bungalow or condo purchase and selling the family home in an effort to down size.

Whether you are an empty nester or a senior, there comes a time when a move to something smaller just makes sense. Desire to Travel, Maintenance, Cost of upkeep, Security, Stairs, Health issues, Proximity to family and health care are many reasons that we are seeing for people to downsize. Many of our clients are selling their homes and moving in with their children.

Moving to a smaller dwelling often requires a lot of packing and decisions regarding what should be done with furniture and other 'excess' belongings. Sometimes the job can be overwhelming and family members may not be available to participate. We can help in the process, we can assist in packing and removal of items for donation,  recycling or otherwise.
